Chairperson’s Message
I, Mukta Dole W/o Mr Shivaji Shamrao Dole (Ex-Black Cat Commando of the Indian Army), resident of Village- Sakore, Taluka-Nandgaon, Dist.: Nashik, Maharashtra.
After serving in the army for the nation, my husband took up the goal of doing something in Agriculture and for the ex-servicemen & farmers by forming an association through a cooperative society, namely Venkateshwara Power & Agro Processing Ltd. in two states, Maharashtra & Karnataka.
During the outbreak of the Corona pandemic in India, we were in our village and there we faced a lot of problems due to a lack of hospitals & proper medical facilities at our Taluka place. People around us suffered innumerable issues due to the non-availability of proper medical facilities and hospitals. Also, the available medical services were unaffordable to a large no. of people which affected all.
The great suffering of all including us prompted us to think & do something in this regard. Since I was already working along with my husband in the Agro co-operative, We the ex-servicemen’s wives thought of promoting a Health Co-operative & put up the proposal before the Central Registrar of Cooperative Society, Govt. of India, New Delhi as we were assured that through cooperative like institution & we can face such kind pandemic in future by providing affordable medical facilities which will be of the People, by the people & for the people.
We 110 Ex-servicemen wives as promoters, were fortunate that our proposal of a Health Cooperative named Venkateshwara Multi-State Multi-Specialty Health & Research Center Ltd. was approved and on 8th June we got our society registered to vide Regd. No. MSCS/CR/1344/2022 by CRCS, Ministry of Cooperation, Govt. of India. Our Vision is to provide advance health care at an affordable price to Rural areas.
